1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BrandPilot website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Our Services

BrandPilot provides digital marketing and web design services including website design and development, SEO, social media management, branding, paid advertising management, and email marketing.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each project will be agreed upon in writing (via email or a separate agreement) before work begins.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined per project. A deposit is typically required before work begins.
• Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
• Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
• All prices listed on the website are starting prices and may vary based on project complexity.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as described in the pricing section. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be billed at an hourly or flat rate agreed upon in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to:

• Provide required content, images, and information promptly
• Give timely feedback and approvals
• Designate one point of contact for communication

Delays caused by late client input may affect the project timeline.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for your project. BrandPilot retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Any third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) used in your project remain subject to their own individual licenses.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed up to that point.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• For monthly retainers (Growth+), you may cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrandPilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or revenue growth, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will note the date of the latest update at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
